1. About Carniq
Carniq is a mobility comparison platform. Carniq is not a rental company and does not own, operate or maintain any vehicles.
2. Use of the platform
By accessing Carniq you agree to use the platform lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability.
3. Rental providers
Where rental options are displayed, they are provided by third-party rental companies or their distribution partners. Any rental agreement is concluded directly between you and that provider, under the provider's own terms and conditions.
4. Prices and availability
Prices, vehicle categories, rental conditions and availability originate from rental providers and may change at any time. Vehicles currently displayed on Carniq are examples used to illustrate the interface and are not available for booking.
5. User responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, for meeting the driver, licence, age and documentation requirements of the relevant provider, and for reviewing the provider's rental conditions before entering into any agreement.
6. Third-party services and links
Carniq may link to third-party websites and services. Carniq is not responsible for the content, policies or services of those third parties.
7. Intellectual property
The Carniq name, logo, interface and content are the property of Carniq and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Carniq is not liable for losses arising from the use of the platform, from provider information, or from any rental agreement concluded with a third-party provider.
9. Changes to these terms
Carniq may update these terms as the platform and its provider integrations evolve. The current version is always published on this page.
